In this interview, Mr. Kennell discusses the New York State food processing industry. Topics include: the development of freezing technologies, including equipping companies to handle the freezing process; the responsibilities of engineers in the food processing industry; the development of a food processing program at Morrisville Agricultural and Technical College; innovations in food processing; his assessment of the future of the canning industry in New York State; his activities since retiring; and his impressions of Amos Cobb, John M. Prophet, and George G. Bailey.
